Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to all live singer and live band bookings made through Urban Raaga.

Booking Confirmation

A minimum 30% advance is required to confirm any booking, with the remaining 70% due on the event date. Your booking is only confirmed once the advance payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Tiers

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the refund on your advance payment depends on how far in advance you cancel:

Cancellation Window	Advance Refund
30 days or more before the event	100% refund
15–29 days before the event	50% refund
Less than 15 days before the event	Non-refundable

Refunds are processed on the advance amount only. Any balance payment already made toward the event is refunded in full if cancellation happens within the 100% refund window, and is otherwise handled case by case — message us on WhatsApp to discuss.

Rescheduling

Prefer to move your event to a new date instead of cancelling? We allow one reschedule per booking, subject to the following:

A flat rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 applies.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before the original event date.
The new date is subject to the artist's availability. If your preferred artist isn't free on the new date, we'll help you choose from other artists on the roster.
Only one reschedule is permitted per booking; a second date change will be treated as a fresh booking under the cancellation terms above.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Message us on WhatsApp with your booking details and event date, and our team will confirm your refund amount or reschedule your event.
