Urban Raaga's website does not have a signup form, account system, or checkout flow. We only receive your personal information when you choose to contact us directly — for example, when you message us on WhatsApp to enquire about or book an artist. At that point, we receive whatever you share with us: your name, phone number, event details, and any messages you send.

The event-search fields on our homepage (event type, date, location) run entirely in your browser to pre-fill a WhatsApp message for you. Nothing you type there is stored on our servers unless you go ahead and send that message.

How We Use Your Information
