Urban Raaga is a live singer and live band booking brand for Bangalore, operated by Devashish Music and Beyond LLP. By browsing this website or booking an artist through us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• All bookings are made by contacting us via WhatsApp with your event details, preferred artist, date, and location.
• A booking is only confirmed once we've verified artist availability and received the required advance payment.
• Pricing shown on this website is indicative and may vary based on your event's location, duration, sound requirements, and other specifics — always confirm final pricing with us before paying.
• Artist photos, videos, and ratings on this site reflect the artist being booked. If your assigned artist changes for any reason, we will inform you before the event.

Payment

A minimum 30% advance is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining 70% due on the event date. Payment can be made via UPI or other methods we share with you during booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth performance, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, duration) at the time of booking.
• Arrange a suitable performance space and, where applicable, coordinate sound system access as agreed with us in advance.
• Ensure the performance area and access for the artist are safe and reasonably accessible.
• Communicate any special requests (song lists, language preferences, timing changes) as early as possible.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In rare cases — illness, accident, travel disruption, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — an artist may be unable to perform. Where this happens, we will make every effort to offer a suitable replacement artist for your event. If we're unable to do so, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.

Limitation of Liability

Urban Raaga and Devashish Music and Beyond LLP will not be held liable for indirect losses arising from a booking, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment or guest dissatisfaction, beyond a refund of amounts paid for that specific booking. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Content & Intellectual Property

All text, photos, videos, and branding on this website belong to Devashish Music and Beyond LLP or are used with permission of the respective artists. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content commercially without our written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or a booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where Devashish Music and Beyond LLP is registered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. The latest version is always available on this page.
