Pricing covers a 2-hour performance. Sound: no charge if your venue already has a full sound setup; +₹2,000 for small spaces like a house or small room with up to 20–25 guests; +₹10,000 for more than 20–25 guests or large gatherings such as banquet parties, rooftops, shaadi halls and resorts, where professional sound is needed.

A 50% advance is mandatory to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due on the event date.

Quoted charges are for central Bangalore only. Venues on the outskirts of Bangalore or in outer locations outside central Bangalore will be charged extra.

What performance formats does Malar offer?

Can I add more band members?

Yes. If you need more than five members, connect with us and we will put together a custom lineup and quote.

How long does a performance last?

Pricing covers a 2-hour performance in your chosen format.

What are the sound system options?

If your venue already has sound, there is no extra charge, but it needs PA speakers as per the space, monitors or in-ears, a professional live mixer with sound operator, mics, mic stands, jack cables and XLR cables. If there is no sound, a portable setup for a house or small room with up to 20–25 guests is an additional ₹2,000. For more than 20–25 guests, or a large gathering (banquet party, rooftop, shaadi hall, resort), a professional setup is needed and is an additional ₹10,000.

How far in advance should I book Malar?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for weddings and full band performances.

What are the payment terms?

Are there extra charges for venues outside central Bangalore?
